Evidence-informed strength training designed for your changing hormones, not against them. 

Evidence-informed strength and conditioning designed for you. Not punishment cardio. Not the same approach that stopped working five years ago.

• Progressive strength training: 2–4 sessions per week, built around your schedule and your symptoms.

• Focus on muscle, bone density and joint resilience — the foundations of long-term strength.

• Built-in flexibility for high energy and low energy days so you're never forcing the wrong session.

• Evidence-informed nutrition which is simple and sustainable while being tasty and fuelling you properly.

MINDSET

Coaching to dismantle the all-or-nothing thinking, perfectionism, confidence dips and identity wobble that show up alongside perimenopause. This isn't about shrinking back, it's about restoring confidence and reigniting purpose.

• All-or-nothing to 'good enough consistent' reframing the perfectionism that is keeping you stuck.

• Body image and grief for the 'old' body. We separate 'this is different' from 'this is wrong' so you can start to love your body again.

• Self-trust and the 'is this it?' question. We rebuild your confidence from the inside out.

• Work, boundaries and over-functioning. We address the intrinsic cost of you hold everything up.

• Empty nest and shifting roles. We redefine who you are when you're not needed in the same way.

MOMENTUM

Practical systems and habits built around your actual life. No quick fixes, but practical and implementable changes which move you forward in a sustainable way.

• Green, amber and red week planning, so you know exactly what to do in every scenario.

• Minimum viable week. The baseline that keeps you on track even when life is chaos.

• Relapse and restart protocol so you know how to get back on track fast, without shame.

• Weekly planning ritual. Movement days, non-negotiable self-care and pre-decided adaptations.

16-WEEK TRANSFORMATION

For the woman who is done managing symptoms and is ready for a complete transformation of her body, her confidence and her sense of who she is.

This is not a quick fix bikini body programme, it's a transformation experience. The most intensive, personalised and deeply human work I do. 

It combines evidence-based strength training and nutrition, with mindset and identity coaching in one seamless, high touch 16-week experience. 

By the end you won't just feel better. You'll feel reignited. 

The Grit & Growth Club

SUPPORTING LIFELONG HABITS THROUGH CONTINUED PROGRAMMING & COMMUNITY

For women who have done the work and want to keep going.

 This is not a menopause support group and it's not a boring old forum. The Club is the ongoing home for women who show up for themselves and each other from a place of strength, not struggle.

Sassy and warm in equal measure and completely judgement-free. Keeping the momentum going with events, group sessions and supportive accountability. 

We know the reality of being a high-achieving woman in her 40s and 50s and we're in your corner.

Ignite

You start with feeling everything has stopped working for you. You leave feeling like nothing can stop you. 

Sixteen weeks from now you will be different. Not just physically, though that changes too, but different in the way you carry yourself. Different in the decisions you make. Different in the way you talk to yourself on a hard day.

You'll have a body that feels like yours again. Energy that doesn't require caffeine to fake. Confidence that isn't dependent on performance or the number on a scale. A relationship with yourself built on trust, not criticism so that you can show up in your life without hesitation.

You'll have done the work that most programmes never touch. The identity work. The 'who am I now?' work. The work that makes everything else stick.

Ignite is not another coaching programme. It is a transformation experience and is the most intensive, personalised and deeply powerful work we can do together. It takes some grit, but you'll have me in your corner throughout.

Phase 1
Understand

Deep diagnostic work. 

Building trust with your body, not flogging it. 

You begin naming the stories that have been keeping you stuck — and understanding where they came from. 

The goal of Phase 1 is simple: you begin to peel back the layers which are keeping you trapped.

Phase 2
Transform

The engine of the programme.

Physical and identity changes begin happening simultaneously and feed each other in ways that will surprise you. 

This is where the harder work lives. Work, boundaries, empty nest, the 'is this it?' question. 

All of it. 

Because by now you trust the process enough to go there.

 

Phase 3
Integrate

Most programmes end at the transformation peak and leave you stranded. 

This phase is your point of difference. Six weeks of embedding, elevating and building the architecture to make these habits stick for the rest of your life. 

All with bespoke 1:1 support.

THE GRIT AND GROWTH CLUB

Continued programming, live coaching and a community of women who genuinely get it, but without the intensity of a full 1:1 coaching programme.

You've done the work. You know what it took, and you're determined to stay on track.

The Grit & Growth Club is where the transformation you worked so hard for becomes permanent. Where you stay strong, stay connected and stay unstoppable, alongside a community of women who get it completely. Not from a place of struggle, but from a place of strength.

What this gives you:

• Continued strength programming, nutrition advice and symptom management tips, so you never lose momentum.

• Monthly live group coaching / workshops / events, so you keep growing.

• Continued access to our community space where you can ask questions, access insights and resources and strengthen your support network.

• A community of women who have done the work and show up for each other.
