• Information you share voluntarily in messages or discovery calls
• Basic usage data about how you interact with this website (via cookies — see Section 5) We do not collect sensitive personal data without your explicit consent.
HOW I USE YOUR DATA
I use your data to:
• Respond to your enquiries and messages
• Manage your coaching programme and the services you have purchased
• Send you information relevant to your enquiry or programme. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails
• Improve this website and our services.
I do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process your data on the following legal bases:
• Legitimate interests - to respond to your enquiries and manage client relationships.
• Contract performance - to deliver the services you have purchased.
• Consent - where you have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We retain client data for a period of 7 years following the end of our working relationship, in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.
Enquiry data from non-clients is deleted within 12 months if no working relationship is established except where you are signed up to our mailing list where your email address will be retained until you ask to be removed.

This website uses essential cookies to function correctly. It may also use analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site.
